Tiki was a great opportunity to help me develop my own social media skills. Through Tiki, I learned a lot of experience and tips to be able to develop social media effectively. However, with the rapid development of e-commerce, it also helps me to practice professional and accurate work skills and delivery work on time.

• Built Tiktok frame-work to solve Tiktok’s weakness points and promote content plans to attract new followers.
• Created and managed reports and analytics dashboard based on KPI aligned to business objectives & provided critical lessons; customer insight.
• Monthly planning and promoting strategies to grow the channel.
• During the 9 months working here, Tiki's tiktok page grow more stably, specifically from 130k followers to more than 146k followers. Moreover, I have produced one video with 4.6m views and 8 videos with over 100k views.
• Collaborated with other departments & creating content on social media channels.
There, I had the freedom to create lots of contents then shooted and edited videos based on the content that has been approved by the manager according to the previous timeline. The main content on tiktok channel is technology, life, cooking, ..
